USA Truck Sales
1. Overview
USA Truck Sales (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing high-quality trucks and related services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds, returns, and cancellations may be granted for purchases made through our business.
By purchasing from USA Truck Sales, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Vehicle Sales – All Sales Final
All truck sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Due to the nature of commercial vehicle transactions, we do not offer refunds or returns on purchased trucks once:
- The sales contract has been signed, and
- The vehicle has been delivered or picked up
Exceptions (Limited Circumstances)
A refund or partial refund may be considered only if:
- A written agreement explicitly includes a return clause
- The vehicle was misrepresented in a material way
- Required legal disclosures were not provided
Any approved exception is at the sole discretion of USA Truck Sales and may be subject to:
- Restocking fees
- Administrative fees
- Usage or mileage deductions
3. Deposits
Deposits placed on vehicles are generally non-refundable.
However, a deposit may be refundable if:
- The sale is not completed due to the Company’s inability to deliver the vehicle
- A written agreement states the deposit is refundable
- Financing is denied (only if contingent terms were agreed upon in writing)
Refundable deposits, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days.
4. Service & Repair Work
For services including maintenance, repairs, inspections, or modifications:
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued if:
- The service was not performed as agreed
- There is a billing error
- Work was not completed due to our fault
Non-Refundable Cases
- Completed services that meet agreed specifications
- Customer dissatisfaction not related to workmanship
- Delays caused by parts suppliers or third parties
5. Parts & Accessories
Parts and accessories may be eligible for return under the following conditions:
Return Requirements
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Return request must be made within 14 days of purchase
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed or used parts
- Special order or custom parts
- Electrical components (unless defective)
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee (up to 20%).
6. Warranties
Some vehicles, parts, or services may include limited warranties provided by:
- USA Truck Sales, or
- Third-party manufacturers
Warranty claims must follow the specific warranty terms provided at the time of purchase. Warranty coverage does not guarantee a refund, but may allow for:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Service credit
7. Cancellations
Vehicle Orders
Orders for trucks that have not yet been delivered may be canceled only if:
- The request is made in writing, and
- The order has not yet been finalized or shipped
Cancellation fees may apply.
Service Appointments
Service appointments may be canceled without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Processing times:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7–14 business days
- Financing refunds: Subject to lender processing times
9. Disputes
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us first to resolve the issue. We aim to handle all concerns fairly and promptly.
